  • Room Rental Fee includes set-up and clean-up.
  • Room Rental Fee is a deposit for your event and is non-refundable.
  • All food and beverage items will be provided by Gray's Tied House, with the exception of a cake.
  • Payments must be made in full before your event is over.
  • You bill will include the addition of 5.5% sales tax and a 20% gratuity.
  • Buffet foods are only edible for 4 hours per Health Codes.
  • It is not possible to take home left over foods per Health Codes.
  • Any decoration will be provided by you and will not be tacked or taped to walls.
  • Confetti is not allowed.
